Bill O'Brien is an accomplished, performance, and mission-driven executive with impressive success in strategic public affairs and community programs; human resources management; operational leadership; strategic organizational design and structural effectiveness; legislative, communication, and media practices; technological initiatives; financial and grant management.
Bill’s over 25 years of experience in large scale government, private sector, and university systems has resulted in innovative and award winning projects critical to organizations’ strategic future. He is a long time union member and political director with the Communications Workers of America (CWA).
Bill completed his undergraduate studies at Loyola University Maryland and his graduate studies at the University of Virginia. His team earned 1st Place in the University of Kentucky's Gatton School‘s Von Allmen Center for Entrepreneurship Bootcamp Program.
Bill is active in several community organizations as a Boy Scouts leader, youth basketball coach,community volunteer for Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels, and Red Cross Disaster Coordinator.
